Course Reflection
Producing this portfolio has been a great pleasure throughout this year. Rather than taking paper and pencil tests, this portfolio has tied the educational aspect with the use of technology. With this we gained much more technological knowledge over our classmates. This has helped us accumulate many skills that will be useful later in our collegiate career and with our jobs.
The skills gained during the time putting the portfolio together are far more greater than you could imagine. We had to pull a few late nights to get this to look great, but still it would not be anywhere near perfect to our standards. Through those long nights, we learned the significance of hard work. Also, this helped us learn how to present our work in a professional manner. These skills will become useful later in life, specially since in today's day and age, the world of technology has become ever expanding. For the help that our instructor, Mr. Ward has provided us with throughout this year, we would like to thank him.
As we put the finishing touches on our portfolio, we looked back on all the good times we spent making sure everything was flawless. Though at times this may have been difficult and frustrating, seeing the project as a whole, the effort put in proved that it was completely worth it. Thank you Mr.Ward, it was an honor to be apart of your Honors US History Class of 2014-15.

Greatest Lesson learned
The greatest lesson that I have learned this year from the portfolio and Mr. Ward, would have to be you only get out what you are willing to put in. Success does not come from doing the bare minimum. Success comes from hard work. I learned that hard work will lead to success, along with a great work ethic and an even greater attitude anything can become accomplished.

Over the year, throughout the portfolio, my greatest lesson learned would have to be the fact that you can use multiple forms of technology, put them on one website, and showcase the technology to the public. All of these "tech tactics" took hard-working time to accomplish but in the end, the final project looks amazing and we can be proud of it. Anyone or anything that is successful needs time to grow or develop its potential and that will lead to great outcomes.
